THE SUPPORTING RECORD
Source notes make the record transparent and help distinguish published information, supplied activity figures and documents still to be added.
Supplied for this portfolio: activity summary, educational service information and a later nomination narrative covering the Matthew, Transformation and Lydia Projects, wider community work and the CSR leadership role. Four new converts are recorded separately as a faith outcome.
The earlier activity summary reports a 30-person weekly average and over 12,000 kg of food yearly. The later nomination text reports up to 50 people weekly and approximately 16,000 kg annually. These records have not been reconciled to reporting dates; no increase or trend is inferred. The chart’s 1,560 annual attendances are estimated from the earlier average (30 × 52), not unique beneficiaries. Wellbeing and trust benefits are reported qualitative outcomes.
